Jorge Díaz is the Founder and CEO of Empire Painters Chicago.
He is a Civil Engineer with an MBA in Strategic Management and 26 years of experience in construction, remodeling and project management. Over the years, Jorge has managed projects in Venezuela, Panama and currently in Chicago.
His professional background includes construction planning, remodeling, project coordination, quality control, operational leadership and residential painting.
The last 10 years of his career have been strongly focused on remodeling and painting projects. Through Empire Painters Chicago, Jorge has combined his engineering background, project management experience and attention to detail to create a structured painting process for homeowners in Chicago.
His vision is simple: every painting project should be planned, organized and delivered with professionalism.

WHY WE CREATED THE COMPANY
Before becoming Empire Painters Chicago, the company operated under the name Empire Building Inc.
The original name reflected Jorge Díaz’s professional background as a Civil Engineer and his years of experience in construction, remodeling and project management.
Over time, the market naturally led the company toward residential painting, and Jorge discovered a strong passion for the level of detail, planning and craftsmanship that painting requires.
As painting became the company’s main focus, the decision was made to evolve the brand into Empire Painters Chicago, a name that better represents what we do today and the specialized service we provide to homeowners throughout Chicago.
